If you’ve never attended the Parade of Homes before, let me paint a picture for you: it’s actually like Disney World, for real estate. It only happens once a year. People who work in real estate, invest in real estate, or even just enjoy it as a hobby, from all over Utah and even out-of-state will go so far as to take time off of work for this! Anybody who’s anybody will be there. Even restaurants in the Washington, Utah, area will be jam-packed for the entire duration of the Parade of Homes event. It is a big deal around here, and you’ll regret not going!

These brand new houses in Washington, Utah, are surrounded by breathtaking local landscapes with all of the newest and latest features a home could have. Each of these houses were constructed and developed by different companies in different locations throughout Washington County, giving each of them their own unique “je-ne-sais-quoi” to fit your own style, taste, and preference. It’s the perfect opportunity for you to browse before you buy a house in Washington, Utah!

You’ll want to attend the Parade of Homes if you’re looking to buy a house in Washington, Utah, and especially if you’re interested in networking with local contractors and real estate professionals. There will be many different companies with their own booths, sponsorships, and opportunities for advertising through magazines and banners. Stucki Farms in particular, I’ve been told, is planning something very special this year at the Parade of Homes. I’m not at liberty to reveal what that is, but it’ll be more than worth it. Locally owned Stucki Farms is a planned community in Washington, Utah, with a variety of attractive houses to buy that fit almost any budget with the idea to help families stay close together, so I imagine they’ll have something very special planned!
